Leading Out of Drama Core Concepts Course

LOD Core Concepts introduces the core theory and concepts of Next Element's Compassion Cycle while interpreting and applying the results of your Drama Resilience Assessment. This course will launch you on a journey of self-discovery, give you new insights for dealing with drama, and set the stage for further applications of our model. LOD Core will prepare you to:

* Waste less energy in drama.
* Apply the comprehensive set of DRA profile results which will reveal different aspects of your negative conflict risks and your positive conflict potentials.
* Gain self-awareness about how you contribute to drama in your own life.
* Apply Next Element's Compassion Cycle to transform the energy of conflict into positive outcomes.
* Develop a personal and professional action plan for leading yourself and others out of drama.
