You may or may not have heard the buzz around town about the chamber looking into the opportunity to sponsor a health/dental/vision insurance plan for its members and their employees, and yes, you heard right. The Newton Chamber is exploring the possibility of establishing a health/dental/vision insurance plan for its membership and their employees, and we need your participation, with no obligation, to make this plan a success for our local businesses and the Newton community. We want to invite you to a community meeting, where our advisor will be explaining the ins and outs of the plan and will be answering any and all questions you may have. We will be offering two meetings, one during the lunch period and one after hours. The lunch meeting will be at 12PM on February 24th at the Prairy Market & Deli Mezzanine. Please do us a huge favor and simply come hear about what we are working on to facilitate our local businesses, our local community, and our local economy. Let's be honest, we are all concerned with the current health insurance atmosphere of traditional insurance, so this is an opportunity to break that trend! Lastly, please let us at the chamber know if you will be joining us at either of these meetings so we can have a good idea of how many will be in attendance for the sake of food/drinks.
