As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and fabricating parts essential to our operations. From manifolds to irrigation systems, your expertise in welding and mechanical repairs will ensure that our shop runs smoothly day in and day out.
What you would be working on:
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot new and various projects as they come in
- Weld and fabricate components as needed for repairs and improvements.
- Assist in various tasks like running a press break, welding parts, and reading schematics.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and achieve daily goals.
