In today's rapidly changing world, leadership development is perhaps the most important investment we can make in ourselves and in others. Leadership Newton brings together emerging and seasoned community leaders once a week for 6 weeks to explore real-world adaptive leadership challenges, to network with community stakeholders, and to think about leadership in new and exciting ways.
The 2025 Leadership Newton course will be taught by Scott Metzler. Scott is a high-energy presenter and guide, using humor, empathy, and deep insight as he shares hard-won leadership lessons honed during high-stress emergency incidents, firehouse misadventures, and his personal and professional journey of leading organizational change in high-stakes environments.

- Location: Newton Public Library (223 E 7th St.)
- $300 for Chamber Members, $400 for non-Chamber Members
- Lunch provided at each class
