Do you have a passion for working with food and being in factory environments? Do you have a high attention to detail to ensure every product is sent out with the highest quality standard? Syndeo Staffing is currently seeking Quality Assurance Technicians to join a local food production facility in the Hesston, KS area!

These positions will work a 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM schedule with plenty of overtime as we are on a 6 day a week schedule!

What you would be working on:

Ensure standards of quality, efficiency and production.
Evaluate plant product quality by doing various product tests and tests related to ingredients and packaging.
Help teach and train plant employees in quality control testing, sanitation, and housekeeping practice's.
Confirm that all plant processes and procedures are adhered to and assigned work scheduled are maintained.
Assist with special projects and work closely with Quality Assurance Manager.

Requirements

What will help you be successful:

2-5 years of experience working in production facility quality control or laboratories.
Knowledge of of health and safety standards and compliance.
Bilingual preferred but not required.
