Are you an experienced Robotic welder looking for your next career? Syndeo Staffing Central Kansas has positions available for immediate start! $22.00-26.00/hr depending on your experience! Monday-Thursday schedule from 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM!

What you would be working on:

Experience with programming and operating robotic welding machines.
Develop and enter programs into the robots.
Monitor output and adjust robotic welder as needed.
Train operators to use the robots.
Improve welding processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Identify and initiate improvements to increase productivity.
Perform general maintenance to keep robotic welders operating at peak efficiency.
Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g., cut material with powered saws to match measurements)
Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded.
Align components using measuring devices, rulers etc. and clamp pieces.
Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead)
Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.
Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Ability to work with a variety of materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Requirements

What will help you be successful:

4 years previous experience as a Robotic Welder Operator
Experience with programming, setup, operation, and maintenance of robotic welding machines
Strong understanding of welding processes and techniques
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with precision measuring instruments
Able to adjust on the fly to new tasks and assignments.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
